2Win/Win in my opinion. I like the move for AZ and I really like the return for the Pirates. Hazen doing really well since taking over for la Russa/Stewart. Really done a good job with the roster transition and rebuilding the farm system in a really short time.

Agreed. And it turns out that the D'backs are also getting $1.5M in cash, with $250K in IFA slot money going to Pittsburgh, so it's only a minor overpay when you factor those components. I like the deal for both sides too.
