A's already have a lefty bat platooning at 2B, and Tony Kemp is earning MLB minimum for league average (100) wRC+ and .386 OBP, with 3 more arb years. Frazier is already in arbitration years, with wRC+ at 39% of league average and his OBP is barely above the Mendoza line.
