1Cobb provides value but has a bad contract. Baltimore deals from a strong area to patch up their somewhat thin OF prospect depth and barren 3B depth. Giants get two solid, potentially mid-rotation arms as incentive for taking on Cobb's contract, as well as a bit of cash to boot. The Orioles and Giants are both rebuilding, so I went not as heavy on the prospects as I normally would, but I feel this a good trade for both teams.
