1An offseason bullpen trade for Philly. Drake has 2 years of control and would be a great late inning add for Philly and would be a logical trade asset for Tampa Rays get Julian Garcia who has incredible Spin Rates and 20-80 scale grades . Near MLB ready Simmons is middle infielder who’s farther way but has the most potential out of any of these 3 players Wingrove had a whopping average EV of 90MPH and can just flat out rake. Not any big name prospects for Tampa but 3 quality pieces who are a bit underrated. Which is what the rays seem to always go after.
