From a Twins perspective I would love this, not sure about the Cubs side though. It would depend on how much they want to get out of Kimbrel's contract in the off season.

Gotta like it as a Twins fan, but the Cubs would really, really, really need to be desperate to unload Kimbrel. Colina does throw triple digits, but is still raw. Javier was extremely well regarded as a Latin signee, but has done nothing but get hurt as a professional.
