Rays need to consolidate prospects into MLB players, not turn productive MLBers into multiple prospects. Enlow would slot into the Rays system somewhere around the 9th or 10th best pitching prospect. Worse, he would most likely be the 5th best pitching prospect needing a call up in 2021. The Rays just don't have room for him. Soularie wouldn't even make the Rays' top 30 and his poor defensive attributes make him a bad fit for a team that prizes defense. This trade doesn't work for the Rays.
