I think this trade makes sense for both sides. The Rockies probably aren't gonna be able to retain Story once he's a free agent, and Contreras, Muller, Vodnik, and Weigel are all pretty well thought of prospects, with Contreras being the highest regarded. The Braves could slide Swanson over to 3B, and put Story in at SS. Good trade!
