Unfortunately the article was incorrect in some things doesn't take into account some major factors. For instance the Reds, Story would be a very expensive rental and they would be giving up a lot for one year of Story. The Reds aren't the Phillies-Mets-Yankees, etc. and Story's contract is huge. For the Brewers it makes even less sense. The article said the Brewers don't have a lot of OF in their top prospects. Completely false. Their #1 - #2 - #9 - #12 - #14 prospects are outfielders. Plus their previous #4 prospect is an OF that they brought up last year. Their #3-15-16-18 prospects are catchers. So trading Hader for another outfielder and catcher makes no sense. The article also didn't take into account the Brewers are looking to win the weak NL Central crown in 2021 & 2022. They won't trade Hader for a bunch of maybes. That would make them worse in years they have a very good chance of winning.
