I believe Gurriel Jr. is under-valued so the trade is really slightly slanted in favor of the O's. Means is a very good, controllable SP, but the O's are rebuilding. Right now his talents are being wasted. Woods Richardson looks like he is going to be very good and Hiraldo has shown a lot of promise. Gurriel Jr. could really flourish with the O's.
