Yeah. So why would they trade for an arb-eligible DH and a pitching prospect who had TJS and won't be back until midseason next year, at the earliest? Down vote for Oakland.
Down vote for the Mets too. You have 3 Infielders on the verge of the majors and you want to tie them up with an aging 3B that makes a lot of money and strikes out a ton. Pass. Short term fill until the Vientos or Baty gets there.
They would so that they can get a top 100 prospect. It’s fair to say the A’s don’t know how he will recover but I mean maybe this trade would just be better after the surgery. J.D Davis is at least a plus bay that fill the whole of Matt Chapman when they trade him. Defense is bad tho ngl
