1I was a big fan of Waters at the start of the season and thought he would be a great add for the Rays, particularly because he is a SH, which the Rays seem very high on generally as an organization. However, his 2021 left a lot to be desired in my opinion. Rays already have Lowe and possibly Brujan to work into the outfield. I don't think they need to further clutter their roster with Waters, but if this is the best trade they can work for Glasnow, then I'd be fine with it. That said, Harris is probably the better add because he's further away. Rays don't need Contreras and might not want to give up KK, so even swapping Harris for Waters, the trade might still need some work.
