Good job on breaking down your logic on this trade. With so many moving parts it helps to validate the reasoning. There is an old saying that goes something like this: "you can't tell the players without a scorecard." I think it applies to all three teams in this case. :-)

Not a good deal for the Rays. Adell is nice but may just be a 4th OF (with potential) for now. They don't need another SS/3rd and Walsh is just an older 1st/DH type LH'ed bat, like Meadows, who struggles against LH'ers. They also have several young big arm throwers like Bachman already in their system. They would giving up 5 ML'ers including their potential closer (kittridge), getting older as a team and receiving back very little in current needs.
Thank you for your commennt. You're right. At present Rays Adell is just 4th outfielder, and if Rays put Walls on 3B they don't need to get Farmer. Furthermore, as you know Walsh can hardly hit lefty pitchings. Aboiut Kittridge, my first plan was Fairbanks (my favorite) but for better balancing TV amount I changed my mind. Again thank you for your advice !
I'm not as negative on the trade for the Rays as Budman, but I also don't like it either. The biggest problem I have is including Walsh in the deal. He has a big bat and is an improvement on Choi (1B/DH) and Meadows (COF/DH), but I don't think the improvement is enough to justify going from Walls to Farmer and losing Diaz entirely. The problem is that Walsh has many of the strengths/weaknesses that most of the Rays' other bats have - strength in hitting RHP and struggles with LHP. On the other hand, Diaz has moderate splits and has a consistently high OBP. Diaz has a skill set lacking in many others on the Rays' roster, which helps the Rays more than having another righty masher. Take Walsh and Farmer out of the trade, along with Diaz and Walls, and I'd like the trade a lot more.

*Money is just only for uploading this proposal For Halos: Winker covers the offense-hole of Walsh.I feel no need to explain. Margot covers the defense-hole of Marsh. Mainly takes part of RF (& sometimes CF as backup of Trouty). Diaz becomes 1B starter. Not same as Walsh, but he's good. Castillo is as everybody knows, what Halos most need. Kittredge takes part of 7-8th inning & helps the durability of Ohtani, Thor & Sandoval. Walls solves Halos' long-term problem of shortstop. For Rays: Walsh helps Rays' offense w/ his big bat (and he is very good at defense). Adell has big possibility to become Rays' key player w/ his physical ability. Imo it takes not so long time. Farmer covers Rays' 3B with fine defense (& he can hit the ball). Bachman, 100miles/h baller can become at least good reliever (and he still has possibility to become starter). For Reds: Detmers will join the SP squad w/ Lodolo & Greene - future pitching avangers. Marsh will solve Reds' outfield problem right now & has possibility to become fine hitter like Winker (please check his barrel rate). Meadows covers the offense hole of Winker w/ his big bat. Pinto is ready-to-play at major league level and he solves Reds' backup catcher problem. Velazquez will cover the hole of Farmer as utility player (only at defense).
