This one makes a lot of sense to me but I wouldn't be surprised to see downvotes. NYY - New York gets two pieces in Manaea and Murphy to help push them for a championship run. They lose Volpe but the pieces they get are serious additions. Cade Cauley out of Texas is young, he serves as a middle-infield prospect piece to replace the big fish they lost. While I'm sure New York would prefer to move Hicks as opposed to Gallo, they clear up their outfield and bring Gardner back. TEX - Texas gets Gallo back who I imagine they'd extend fairly quickly. Gallo fits in really well the current lineup and there is some mutual love there already. Texas does this by moving Heim and Cauley. Heim is log-jammed and Cauley is blocked due to Texas' middle infield depth. OAK - Oakland gets their big piece in Volpe. Heim returns to Oakland to be their young veteran piece while Langeliers spends a little more time in the minors. Vasquez and Beck are both added due to Oakland's love of farm arms.

I'm flattered. Thank you. I wish I could argue Beck but the A's have shown a fondness towards 2021 draftees that have recently gone under the knife. I'm amused by the Gallo and Heim refunds. Up vote for the A's.
