LAD picks up Baez for league min off waiver/release. Baez may be frustrated that LAD would not match the 12.5m/2y cot that Astros paid. But he knows LAD, based on 6+yrs, has a brilliant pitching rehab staff. All players want to get to play-offs. I don't know that LAD would add him to 40man, rather send him to 10 or 60 day IL then to rehab AAA. I'd take Baez over Cleavinger.
