1The Brewers Alexander is in the MAJORS now. He's starting. Thus the website needs to be updated. Alexander is a ground ball pitcher and I think his value exceeds the 0.1 assigned here. Maybe a 1.7 might be more appropriate. I don't have time for the algorithm/math. That said, I think Mitchell is a tad over valued. I'd push him down to an 8 or 9 range. He's coming back from an oblique strain so we haven't been able to see much from him this year. Since it is trade season, and good relief pictures like Fulmer command more value in return, I think this is a very fair trade. Fulmer could be rental but I think that his pitching repertoire has evolved into something the Brewers could really use in the setup or closer role should the Brewers decide to trade Hader. Reyes isn't going to hit for power but the Brewers don't need him to do that. They have a enough long ball hitters. They need people to get on base. Given review of his numbers he'd slot well in the sixth slot or perhaps the 9 hole. There's a big disparity in his splits. He pounds RHP and shrinks with LHP. Still his batting statistics are still better than Tyrone Taylor's either way. Severino is a sneaky add here and one that the Tigers would do well to exploit. Review my other trades for details but the gist is this: * He's a decent player that had an issue with a high level of testosterone/PED around a time he says he was taking treatments to help start his family. * The Brewers don't have space for him now and he's not eligible for the post season. * The Tigers are probably going to move off Tucker Barnhart.
