4Proposed this trade so I get used to the disappointment from the terrible return the A's will eventually get for Murphy.
Cleveland isn't putting Williams nor Bibee in a Murphy deal to be sincere.

They wouldn't include either of those two players for a player worth much more than both of them combined? This wasn't a real trade proposal to begin with, but the Guardians would have to give up someone from: Espino, Valera, Williams, Rocchio, or Allen to begin trade talks. I wouldn't give up Espino or Valera for Murphy if I was the Guardians, so who else is there left to trade? Multiple prospects from Williams down is the only way it works. You can't get good players without some prospect pain. Who would you give up?
The deal would have to start with Allen and Arias... Williams they feel like is worth the same as Espino and they aren't moving him. They just aren't moving him and if the talks start with him, Cleveland will just say no thanks...
