2Wilcox had TJ surgery and is still out of action. No thanks from the Brewers.
On the flip side, Wilcox was out pitching Bradley before his injury last year. Rays aren’t trading a top prospect for pocket lint right before he resumes pitching, especially when he isn’t Rule 5 eligible and won’t eat a roster spot. Rays say no.
