4Mahle is a great get for the Twins. He's a flyback pitcher that gets hurt by the hitter-friendly confines at Great American Ballpark. Minnesota plays in a pitcher-friendly environment with the league's best outfield defense (According to Outs Above Average). Encarnacion-Strand may be valued too low by the model, but the Twins have done a terrific job of staying away from bidding wars and paying very modest prices for good players this deadline.
