1Down vote for the A's. I like Santucci and think there's a good chance Vientos can rebound and look more like the bat he was in 2024. But I don't see Santucci being a better option than any of Morales, Lopez, Gage, etc. that are going to be vying for big league innings in 2026 and Vientos' Best Case performance probably won't be as good as Rooker's '26 projection. The A's want to take a step forward this season, they're aiming for .500+, and I don't think this trade would help that goal.
