I can’t see the Rays agreeing to this. I believe Garrett is a walking TJS to be. He had some sort of elbow issue last year that he chose to rehab without surgery. That strategy rarely works out. Coronil would just be another no bat, all defense middle infielder in a System with several better options. He’s of no interest. Su doesn’t excite either, but also doesn’t have much trade value so I guess he’s ok. I guess Andujar could also work if the Rays are trading Yandy, but they could just roll with a platoon at DH of Malloy and one of their many LHBs. Schoolcraft obviously works. I could definitely see the Rays trading Yandy for Schoolcraft straight up, but the rest of this trade shouldn’t interest the Rays.
