3Twins would likely need an overpay to move Lewis. Mayer and Lee fight it out for starting SS with the looser taking over at 3rd. Boston gets two offensive upgrades.
Twins don't have any reason to sell low or overpay to offload Lewis. He is very much part of their future. Lee doesn't have the D to play 3rd. Mayer is certainly an upgrade over Lee, but Culpepper will be taking over at shortstop by mid-season anyway.
I meant The Sox would have to overpay. Jury still out on Lee and Mayer. They both have aways to go to make they're prospect rankings seem legit. Lewis at least we've seen in in stretches.
