I don't think this trade would interest the Rays. Houser would probably get moved to the Pen and wouldn't fill a need there any more than he would in the rotation. Taylor appears to be a defensive first CF, which the Rays already have in J.Siri. Giving up one of their best bats in Y.Diaz for 2 guys who might not have places on the active roster (or who wouldn't fill obvious needs) doesn't make any sense for the Rays.
@JohnBitzer - Suggestion for improving the site - Right now each trade has a thumbs up and thumbs down per team. It’d be great if you included a specific thumbs up/down showing support for fans of the team. Take this trade. Brewers fans are liking it for the Rays even though it’s a bad trade for the Rays.
