Rays say yes before Cleveland can change their minds.... Cleveland definitely would never even let this get to the table...

Doughty is a good pitching prospect and I suspect the Rays would do this trade every day of the week; however, Rays have assembled a really good and deep pitching staff throughout all levels of the minors. Doughty would make them better no doubt, but the Rays need bats more than arms at this point.
