This is the least amount of system talent in TB I have seen since 2003. The keep graduating players with impeccable talent, but absolutely no skill. Carson Williams can't hit a fucking lick, Chandler Simpson looks like he's playing his first game in the outfield every single game, Mason Montgomery misses the zone more than he misses bats. Hell, Caminero had to fly in his personal hitting coach from the Dominican because he was so bad under staff coaches. I would love for McLain to be the Rays CF in 2026, with the hope that a full year removed from serious injury will help his bat regain some of what it's capable. I think Morris has some sneaky Pete Fairbanks Jr in him too. JLowe and Palacios both look like they will be out of TB in my opinion.
