M's go big this year. Ray's get their time line back a couple of years. Ray's have the best farm system in baseball

Seattle definitely has the farm to acquire JC. I’d rather see 2 pitchers in the deal though. Maybe Sloan over Williamson or Celesten.

I could see that change. I would probably do Celesten, the M's may also include Canzone or Becker

Line up could be Naylor, Jrod, Cal, Junior, Lowe, Aroz,Young, Robles, JP. Rotation would still be intact as well an upgrade in the BP

A couple of thoughts on this, if JC's camp has been approached about an extention and they are set on going to FA then realistically he is only a Ray for 3 more seasons cause they would trade him with 2 yrs of control to maximize his value, but that's also with the old ownership too so who knows what the new owner's ideas will be. The other thought is, like will B Lowe they're going back to the Trop, were their numbers inflated by playing on a minor league stadium, then of course if you trade JC they pretty much will lose the fanbase while trying to fund a new stadium, its funny to see a player with so many variables attached that would have such an impact on not only the team but the whole region.

I see your point. I did try include players that weren't far off as well as some that a little further away. I mentioned the new number 1 farm system as a selling point. It would be a tough call on both clubs. But, it would certainly make headlines
