4I don’t like this but nothing else I put together seemed viable. Kept adding too many pieces from the Phillies for a realistic return. If the DBacks say Painter plus something, this would make the most sense.
💁🏼♀️ If the Diamondbacks can find some team willing to take on all $92m++ they should seriously consider it. This proposal I’m sure they would accept quickly.
Arizona still wants to compete so sending Stott is probably a necessity.
I don’t disagree with Stott as a necessity, but this seems like a deal both sides would be willing to do. With Perdomo and Lawler, the middle should be good for AZ. Bohm is a one year deal for them and painter could be elite. For Stott to be included, painter would be out or the Dbacks are adding more from their side. Most trades from the Phillies under Dombrowski have been pretty close to the values on the site, thankfully.
