I can see the interest in Neto, but Cleveland will not move Bibee... Williams will be moved before Bibee...

What makes you think Williams would be moved before Bibee? Williams is better and cheaper. I only make this deal if the Kwan trade brings back a good SP like Ryan. Even then it's a bit risky unless Ortiz somehow finds his way off of suspension. I also suspect that Bibee has burned part of the bridge with Vogt and the FO.
They literally just signed Bibee to an extension last offseason... They aren't listening to offers this offseason....
