3Brewers say no. Sands is going to be 27 and Toffey 28. I doubt the Phillies are going to protect them on their 40 man roster.

Toffey, perhaps not. Sands has been on the 40-man since he was acquired and is the first-up to CBP if Realmuto or Stubbs hits the IL. He would make a better option than Wynns for Bart's caddy.
My bad. Sands would be a good backup for Naylor, and he is inexpensive and under team control, long Cleveland priorities.
