2Unless the new owners increase payroll by 50%, I don’t see the Rays doing well enough next year to trade for any player with just 1 year of control.
If TB is involved in a trade with Colorado it'd have to involve either Goodman or one of their OFer's, the situation TB is in it doesn't make sense to trade 6 years of Keagan for 1 of Jeffers.
