First off, Jose Ramirez isnt available... Even if he was, do you think this would interest Cleveland at all?
If the Guardians were going to trade Jose, I'd think they'd want 2 major league level or near ML ready bats. Garcia is one. While Jose isn't available, I like the underlying idea here for both teams if the package would likely need tweaked.

Cleveland would want way more than 54 value for Jose Ramirez in any deal IF available. He isnt waiting his no trade for Boston anyways. It would likely be Abreu, Tolle, Campbell and Soto to even get Cleveland to the table...
