Zero chance the Brewers waste Burnes on a trade like this. For Milwaukee to even think of taking Duran he would have to prove he can hit in the big leagues. Right now they can't afford to take flyers. Leiter is just starting out and too far away to be relevant for the Brewers. Foscue is the best of the bunch and an interesting prospect, but only in AA. Acuna is another 2B/SS the Brewers wouldn't be interested in. Maybe if the Brewers were planning on tanking and doing a complete rebuild. But they are not and they would need much, much more if they were to trade Burnes.

ChevChelios: If the Brewers were going to do a complete tank job and rebuild they may do this, but they're not. For the Brewers to remain competitive in a winable division, they need MLB ready players to help immediately in any trade for Burnes. The only immediate help the Brewers get is Huff and he doesn't come close to Burnes' value to the Brewers. Duran doesn't look to be an improvement at 3B over what the Brewers' already have. Foscue is stills a ways away. Milwaukee wouldn't have interest in Acuna (.224/.302 at AA). They have better middle infield prospects. White also is too far away to help when the Brewers need it. When you look at the Brewers' needs (3B/SP/C/RP) the Rangers don't match up well other than Huff (unless they included Jung and he's probably untouchable). Milwaukee would also be looking to get a SP in any deal.

Rangers aren’t interested in trading Leiter or Rocker…sub Leiter out with Owen White and Sam Huff, I think this would work. Burnes for Acuna, Duran, Foscue, Huff & White
