Down vote for the A's. They will kick in cash for Severino before they drag down Miller's trade value. Fisher was put on notice that he had to get payroll to $105 MM in order to stay in compliance with revenue sharing. So whether they pay Severino $25 MM to pitch for them in 2026 or $20 MM to pitch for another team... they need to keep his contract dollars on the books.
