The Sox have too many outfielders both in minors and majors and this keeps The Password in the system, I think Tibbs was just a trade for a flip for someone needing near term outfield help. He is going to be Major ready soonish. No where to put him unless they also trade another outfielder in the next year or two. Grissom has no where to play. He's blocked by both Marcelo (assuming they extend Bregman) and Kristian whenever he figures himself out again.
