Cleveland would start with Jett Williams, but you would need to add on a top 100 SP prospect that fits the style Cleveland wants. Also the latest rumors stated, Cleveland really isn't even taking offers on Clase, which tells me, unless the offer is a major overpay, Cleveland isn't even listening.
