Cleveland skipped on Sirota in the draft like 4 times even when the fans wanted him. Plus to get Clase the rumors stated a Per-Arb/MLB ready bat, a top 100 SP prospect plus some more... Clase isn't going to be available at 20 value... Cleveland will keep him at that price.
