Rays say no. They don't trade for high priced pitchers... ever. Certainly not pitchers with only 2.5 seasons of control remaining. J.Lowe is crazy undervalued right now and will see a big jump in value in a month or two. He's part of the Rays' young core and isn't going anywhere.
