Cleveland is definitely going to say no... They aren't willing to put either Messick nor the draft pick into a rental... Messick could actually be getting his MLB debut fairly soon...
No chance CLE would do this. Mullins is not worth losing that much talent.
Mullins is a helluva player, but I'm not giving that up for a rental that is leaving after this season. Just not how Cleveland operates nor should they.....ever.
