Rengifo is a rental... Where is Cleveland playing Ward exactly? He's not a good fielder... I don't see the Angels wanting Allen... They would be like Messick is a must since they need team control right now... Also, i don't see the point of moving Schneemann for Rengifo, with who Cleveland has depth wise, isn't a sound move... I like the idea of getting Neto, but I don't think this would do it for the Angels...

First off, that's a haul going to the Angels in this deal and I'm willing to add Chourio to it to get it done. Second, Allen isn't a FA until 2030 so I don't know what the hell you're referring to when you mention "team control". Anyway, if the Angels are going to reboot/rebuild then this might be as good an offer as they'll see. Genao is a fantastic SS prospect that should reach AA as a 21 yr old this season. Allen can solidify the back of their rotation. Rodriguez replaces Ward immediately and has the potential to be as productive with the bat as Ward. Cantillo gives them a very nice SP prospect with a higher ceiling than Allen. Schneeman gives them a good MIFer that hits from the left side which is something the Angels don't have and he's damn sure an upgrade to Kingery. For Cleveland Ward gets most of the reps in RF. Jones would have to move to CF. Rengifo becomes our super utility and Neto is our SS moving Arias back to 2B. If the better positioning has Arias remaining at SS and Neto at 2B then so be it. Cleveland's farm takes a significant hit, but the Guardians become a serious postseason/WS threat.
