3This trade improves LAD mlb roster without removing anything, they get a starter that when things are going right can be a #2 but is versatile enough to be a fireman out of the BP, a late inning relievers and possible closer. LAD has plenty of OF options without Hope, their catching duo is set, Frasso didn't seem to be in their plans and Copen is a few seasons away from being ready.

I see the logic for the Rays. Since I’m a big fan of Hope, this trade works for me, but there’s some tarnished goods in Frasso and Miller too.
Yea I was thinking high risk high reward on the back end, honestly I'd take Hope or Quintero if it helped get a deal done, I thought they would be more willing to let Frasso go cause he's 26 and coming back from injury, his numbers so far are okayish considering what he's returning from but I think TB could get him to be a good starter, just that 70 fastball is probably gone though, I'd be surprised if they let Miller go cause if TB somehow found a way to get him back to his old self they'd be embarrassed, imo i think Miller is more like Matt Harvey but I'd love to see TB with a chance to fix him.
