$10m to cover Arenado’s remaining salary ($5m 2025 / $5m 2026) . Another $10m for Gray’s ($5m 2025 / $5m 2026) Angels get 3B replacement for Rendon plus top of the rotation arm. Cardinals free up large amount of future payroll commitments, plus add a rotation arm for this year and another controlable major league ready arm.
