A healthy B.Lowe is too good and too important to the Rays' offense for them to sell low on him. They keep him and assume the risk his back injury is a long term issue.

That’s a fair point, and I don’t disagree that he’s important to the Rays offense. But given how the Rays do business, they would likely take multiple young quality players for one player in a trade, regardless of if this is the right package or not. They could shed Lowe’s contract ($14M left over two seasons + two club options worth $21.5M) and sign someone else on a short deal to fill his offense.
The fact that you think the Rays can "fill his offense" with anyone else shows you don't appreciate how good B.Lowe is (he has a top 15-20 bat in all of baseball when healthy). The Rays cannot replace him.
