2OK before you get to the thumbs up or down. I could only add cash on one side so I couldn't post it with the Twins adding 5 mil because it needed to be within a range for it to be accepted. The point is to off load some payroll for the padres and get players they have a need for. Arraez as a Twin would be a huge ticket seller for the Twins and the BP additions would address a couple needs with a little down the road upside. Also, it clears out payroll for the Padres for next season, so they aren't in the same spot next off season.

Sorry friend, although I'd love to have a line-up full of Arraezes. His lack of speed affects his base running & defense. Yet I still like Arraez on my team even if it means playing him at DH. But would it be worth it to have him for only 1 year? Because we couldn't afford his extension before (Boras) & even less now. IMO we are giving up a lot more team assets (more than stats show) than we are receiving. And we aren't gaining that much as far as expense reduction (especially if you are wanting to extend Arraez) than we are giving up. Paddack is valuable but he can be easily replaced but Castro & Vazquez not so much. Sorry I wouldn't do this deal. Very strange that the system wouldn't let you add $.
