Down vote for the A's. I think they're good to start Rooker and Gelof at DH/2B, respectively rather than trade for Arraez. 1 year of Cease plus a prospect for Miller might be too light (even for Forst) and I don't think the boost to the A's rotation makes up for the hit to the bullpen.
