Taijuan Walker is horrible. Painter is a beast, but has barely thrown the last 2 years. 1 year of Littell to stabilize the 5th rotation spot is perfect for the Phils. The Rays get a far off infielder and a C who rakes. The third man is McMillon, but he has potential. He had the 8th best xwOBA in baseball (min 10 innings). He's older, but could be an interesting low cost pickup.
