1My problem with Salas is valuation. Salas is valued like an all star catcher from, when in reality he is a teenager struggling to hit in the minors whose development is being rushed for some reason by SD. Salas may be an excellent backstop but that skill may be worth less in the future with robo umps. Add it all up and I just can’t get behind paying the price it would require to acquire him (even at a discount like this trade).
