Down vote for the A's. Garrett had a bunch of arm injuries in '24 and it sounds like they're continuing into the offseason. He's already had one TJS and he's trending towards a second soon.
Hey crusinSD,, NOVEMBER 19: Rule 5 protection deadline. Teams must add players who would otherwise be eligible for the Rule 5 draft to their 40-man roster by this date to keep them out of the draft. Maybe there will be some activity on the trade market soon. Who’s on your teams bubble list that might get moved in the next 7 days? Got any “keep an eye on this guy” you’d like to share?

My bad.. I was going back and forth with Garrett and Alcantara.
Neither is ideal, because no one but the Marlins have any idea how his arm looks after TJS. He should be ready for ST but he might need an innings cap in 2025.
