Seems great for the Giants, but maybe too much $ for the Buccos to take on, no?
Pirate Mgmt. has said they plan on improving the team via trades. The money they have from not re-signing Chapman ($10.5M), plus the monies De la Cruz and Connor Joe would receive through arbitration ($7.3M Total) should almost balance it out. PS - I'm proposing this as a Bucco fan :-)
