There’s been a lot of Rays-Angels trades posted recently. To be honest, I haven’t liked most of them for the Rays. This trade, or a smaller trade with some of these players (e.g., Littell or Fairbanks for Klassen and Cortez), might work for the Rays. Angels fans may not want to part with any of these prospects, but the Rays' players coming over would fill huge needs for the Angels (e.g.., they were dead last in MLB in 2024 at the 2B position) and they would only cost about $18MM collectively next year. I'm not an Angels fan, but I would like to see Trout reach the playoffs. Make it happen Angels!!!
