I can see the Rays and Royals agreeing to a Lowe trade, but I would be surprised if Bubic was the return. Rays have a solid 6-7 man rotation right now with legit major league pitchers, plus several AAA guys deserving of a chance. I think they are more likely to trade a starter than add a starter.
