Steamer thinks Mead has a 109 wRC+ bat next year. That's good. Not good enough to take away at bats from Yandy, BLowe, Caminero, Morel, or Aranda. The Rays don't need Mead, they need minor league starting pitching. The Pirates have that, but need bats. The Pirates should turn over 1st or DH to him.
